Convenient Location and Great Service

The hotel had a very convenient and central location to everything. Staff was helpful, especially the housekeeping and concierge teams. Ice was brought to my room promptly when I requested it. The bed was comfortable and both, the room and bath, was spacious and very clean.
The coffee machine in my room did not work properly. The staff didn't really know how to fix it. It was a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast served a mix of Asian and European style food. I saw fresh cooked omelettes were available. Complimentary drinks were also appreciated upon arrival after a long travel day.

The room was quiet, tidy, and also clean. This really allowed for a good rest. The room size was ample and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well.

The hotel is within the waterfront. The location is very convenient and central to everything. It was less than a 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the cruise checkin desk. All this walking was inside the shopping center in air conditioned comfort.

Staff spoke good English and they were polite and attentive. The check-in process was smooth. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The staff was readily available and answered questions.

i noticed the absence of a designated smoking disposal area directly outside the hotel entrance. cigarette butts were sometimes visible near the entrance

i really enjoyed my stay. the check-in was smooth. the room was tidy and quiet, this allowed me to rest well. the wi-fi was strong too, i appreciated that.
the hotel lobby was very busy at times. it was always full of people checking in and out.

exemplary servicecentral locationinconsistent housekeeping
ricky really stood out as manager he responded fast to a small issue showed compassion and made sure i was very well cared for the staff from reception to concierge were cheerful i noticed they helped a lot and asked if i needed help too i was impressed. also the location is so central and convenient wow it made everything super easy i walked everywhere
during my stay the housekeeping service was a bit inconsistent the cups weren't always washed i found some dust in the drawers it was a little surprising it definitely needs a little improvement i think just to meet the high standards everywhere else

the gym includes five treadmills two elliptical machines and a selection of free weights the pool area provides ample seating with twenty loungers and a dedicated shaded area the business center has three computers and a printer that i saw.
